What problem is this feature trying to solve?

Compared to cloning and configuring the project locally, I prefer directly managing with '@last' rather than following project updates, using 'git pull,' and reconfiguring. I believe there's a better approach.

This, in my opinion, is a more reasonable configuration approach. This way, I can provide a fixed setup directly without worrying too much about project updates.
