Display App Names in Verbose Numbers List #169

Description
When you do a nexmo numbers -v instead of the column of App UUIDs I would love to see the name of the app or perhaps both?
When I’m looking at my list of 30+ numbers and trying to work out which app I can steal a number from its very tedious to have to take each UUID and paste it into another nexmo as [UUID] command
