About The Pull Request
Adds dragon Install from guilty gear as a 20tc uplink locker on par with stuff like Awakened Dragon in that it has much less direct damage reduction capability (no ranged deflection or touch attack protection) but also has regeneration and hard-to-fully-kill-ness built in. basically Acarp gets fucked by lots of melee stuns (or flashbangs (or a bomb)) this gets fucked by lots of laser guns (or a shotgun (or a bomb)). it has a 3 minute cooldown for a 1 minute uptime and it stuns you for a bit when it runs out.
see testing video here (note that it wont be quite as good at killing as the video suggests because i nerfed the throwspeed so it doesnt deal shitloads of damage)

add: 20TC uplink locking traitor item that gives you Dragon Install from guilty gear because uhm uh iunno. basically you activate it and for 1 minute it makes you really hard to keep damaged and it makes you really good at punching and kicking things. you are however not really directly immune to anything besides fire so you are vulnerable to burst damage, especially from range. Holy water will shut it off for short periods of time if it gets in your bloodstream. 3 minute cooldown so 1/3rd uptime (as opposed to the 100% uptime of martial arts)
