Describe the bug
Bug: On macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 (Apple M1), the x86 MITK build fails to open any file dialog (e.g., Open, Import, Save). When triggered, the red window close button flickers, but no Finder or Qt dialog appears. This makes it impossible to load or save files through the GUI. The issue does not occur on my friends computer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open App
2. Click Open File or Save
3. Finder will not open to save as or open a project. only drag and drop works.

Expected behavior
I'd expect finder to open up and let me select a .MITK file
