Etta Ryan of Wellsvile, New York, sent this homemade valentine to President and Mrs. Ford in February 1975.
“When I saw this picture in the paper at Christmas time, I just had to save it to make you a valentine,” she wrote in an accompanying note to Mrs. Ford.
