Spring, the company I used to sell my merch for many years, unbeknownst to me or anyone else, completely imploded on itself during my last campaign a few months back. After doing research, it looks like they were bought out by a bigger company, Amaze, and I guess they simply turned evil and stupid and incompetent then. I contacted the BBB, even sent in some legal complaints - it was a huge fiasco that took months to resolve in order for everyone to get their shirts and for me to get my earnings. They withheld thousands of dollars from me for months with zero communication. I had a few folk tell me their stuff still hadn't arrived, and I managed to help those who contacted me get their money back, but I can't help you or anyone else if you're on anon. This sucks because it really makes it look like I'M being incompetent and screwing over MY followers thanks to Spring's unannounced implosion and incompetency. I feel really guilty and I've tried to get everyone affected to reach out to me. Good news is I found a much better printing group that isn't owned by one of those nasty fuckoff holding companies. So it should be smooth sailing in the future, and if anyone had any real bastardly issues with teespring, please let me know and I'll try to give you whatever I can afford to send/discount you.
