mary - feminist novels, fashion magazines, political and history books & romance, especially classical

marlene - the back of shampoo bottles and cereal boxes, random billboards, news outlets, physics chemistry and biology books, comics, fantasy books advertized for kids like percy jackson, michael vey or the hunger games

dorcas - dark gothic novels and poetry, feminist novels, anything from stephen king, frankeinstein type shit

pandora - herbariums, books about magical creatures & plants, fantasy, conspiracy theories, every prophecy book in existence, fanfiction for sure, comics

emmeline - literally anything, her favourites are comics of any kind, fantasy or farytales, gothic novels and classical literature

hestia - classical romance, poetry, newspaper, fanfiction (she'd write too)

amelia - fashion magazines, queer romance, fanfiction, supernatural stuff like twilight, mangas

emma - i headcanon them to be dyslexic, so probably not much, they like comics though

wendy - sci-fi, tolkien, game of thrones type shit, basically anything from the 70s or anything with female protagonists, comics

charity - SMUT like colleen hoover type shit, booktok books in general

rita - i dont have better words for her taste than "posh" books like jane austen's, oscar wilde, agatha cristie, etc, she'd probably read and love fifty shades of gray too

aurora - basically anything about stars, astrology or greek mythology, poetry, horror

zelmira (mrs. zabini) - she'd LOVE the 7 husbands of evelyn hugo and and basically every other taylor jenkins reid book

sybill - classical literature, astrology, future telling, buddhist and plant stuff, distopias and eutopias

alice - i can't explain it in other words, they read anything with an autumn vibe and they only read library or used books, don't ask me why

narcissa - poetry, classical books especially romance, horror novels, shakespeare plays, plays in general, queer stories

andromeda - very big on classical literature poetry and plays, will read literally anything from that period
