Keeping me illuminated and visible this Halloween

Did I explain it correctly??

Hugo is like overly obsessed with rats/mice. He never tells anyone bc Donella has taught him to shut up when he needs to. But with team radical omg.

He sees a rat and then goes on a rant about how much he hates rat traps and that rats dont just eat cheese and he goes over every species and what food they like. He sees a rat and immediately names its species and full scientific name. He originally stops himself before he can say more but once he realizes that hes with a bunch of nerds that also yap and that he listens to, he changes his tune. Especially after Yong begins to ask him everything he knows about mice and rats and Hugo just explodes and yaps.

Each of team radical have their own opinion of this. Yong is very happy that Hugo has a love for animals. Nuru is also happy and she loves has simplistic yet passionate he is about it. She loves seeing more of things and people imo. Varian is just staring at Hugo lovingly as he yaps. He knows people don’t always process what he says when he yaps about alchemy so he wants to actually listen to Hugo. As much as he’s admiring the view hes also actually processing information. Once Hugo finishes or slows down Varian immediately begins asking questions and giving his own facts and opinions.

I love how each of team radical has their fixation. Like something they mainly love but they’re still good at other sciences. Like how Varian is great at mechanics(like REALLY great did you see those robots he reverse engineered in like a week) but he usually focuses on chemicals, Nuru loves astronomy and mapping out the stars, Yong loves pyro (fireworks, explosions, etc) and Hugo focuses more on mechanics(the gears and stuff). But i also love the having more than just those things to fixate on.

Hugo hc if he didn't go on the mission to spy on the gang then he would have become Varain's next antagonist and not Donella. Also a very good lucky hood of very toxic yaoi, just saying.

VAT7K VARIGO EPISODE IDEA!!

After going to Princess Nuru’s Ball, while still in her kingdom, Varian is asked on a date by a cute girl, Aspen. But Aspen leads him on more dates, of which Varian thinks of her more like a friend (yes this is taking inspiration from a certain gravity falls episode). After defeating her with a dance, Varian and Hugo are told to go hang out by the waterside from Nuru and Yong. 35% cos they could do it themselves, but 75% because they were totally shipping the two. Take a look:

Varian and Hugo sit awkwardly on the water bank. Hugo tries to keep his eyes on the water, but Varian sparks a conversation.

Realizing what he just suggested, Hugo turns red, and tries to hide in his dress (yes, his beautiful dress because he is the prettiest princess.)

Varian lunges straight into it.

Hugo reaches out, trying to grab him from ruining his suit.

But he lands.

What?

With…his feet slightly underwater. They were clearly freezing, but..how was he standing?

He looked majestic, the light, encouraging moon shining on his hair.

Hugo jumps up with a start. He nervously walks across the water.

Varian, while trying to get to Hugo, almost trips.

Hugo grabs his hand.

They look up at each other, blushing.

Varian grabs his shoulder.

He gets redder.

Hugo grabs his hip.

And they dance.

Yes. Yeah, this was a really good time.
