She now lives with my uncle and aunt in Canada. After a long wait, our family reunification was approved, but the most difficult thing hindering us today is the cost of leaving Gaza. For us, leaving is not an ordinary trip; it is the price of freedom and life. The required amount reaches $5,000 per person, which is beyond our ability amidst the hunger and destruction.
