Overview
We recognize that societal challenges are complex and interconnected, which is why we approach our social impact strategy with the same rigor we apply to our client work. We leverage our firm’s resources, relationships and the collective power of our partners and people to strengthen community resilience. We believe in empowering our people to lead with purpose. Through our social impact initiatives, they use their passion, skills and experience to drive meaningful change.
Taking action in our communities
We’re investing in stronger communities — powered by our people and our purpose. Here are a few ways we are helping build resilience:
We offer our people up to 40 hours to use their professional skills to tackle societal challenges through (virtual and in-person) problem-solving workshops, pro bono projects, serving as board directors, mentoring and other nonprofit support.
We’re also focused on equipping students with the technology, financial and career skills they need to succeed. That's why we've created technology skills and financial literacy curricula that are free for all to use. Please download, teach and share with others.

The PwC Foundation
For over 20 years, the PwC Foundation has supported the people of PwC and invested in innovative solutions that expand access to opportunity and strengthen communities through education and humanitarian focus areas. These efforts enabled the Foundation to reach a major milestone of more than $250 million in grants and investments since 2001.
