Information Security Policy
All of us at the Smart Vision Business Center, Ricoh Futures BU, Ricoh Company, Ltd., believe that our mission is to contribute to society while responding the expectations of all our stakeholders, including our customers, business partners, employees, and their family members, through the provision of RICOH360.
As part of our organization's business activities, we extensively utilize information assets containing personal information entrusted to us by our customers. We recognize that protecting these information assets is of utmost importance when managing them in order to meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
Therefore, we hereby declare our commitment to creating an Information Security Policy, establishing, and operating an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on this policy, and work continuously to improve our practices across the organization in response to changes in the environment surrounding this organization.
Furthermore, our organization has identified the following security goals and will effectively implement measures to achieve them:
