🏭 A big leap forward for UK additive manufacturing! In François Minec’s words, “The shift toward industrial production using MJF is not only real but accelerating at pace.” Midlands 3D Printing Ltd’s new facility is proof of that momentum—and it’s exciting to see it happening on the ground. 🔁 Reposting this from our Global Head of Sales, who recently visited the team and saw firsthand what the future of automated, high-volume 3D production looks like. 📍Congratulations again to Midlands 3D Printing Ltd on this milestone. It’s not just a win for HP Multi Jet Fusion technology — it’s a win for scalable, sustainable digital manufacturing in the UK. #HP3DPrinting #AdditiveManufacturing #UKManufacturing #DigitalProduction #Automation #MJF #Industry40 #MadeInBritain #HPAMSolutions #HPAM #HPAdditiveManufacturing #scalability
Last week I was in the UK where I had the chance to spend time on the ground, listening, asking questions, and seeing how our partners are using the technology in real life. That feedback is gold as it shapes how we evolve our roadmap, our services, and our go-to-market. I had the chance to visit Nick Allen and Jef Shah from 3DPRINTUK. They’re about to install their 9th HP MJF system 🔁 Love the clarity of their approach and the steady way they’re growing! I also visited Midlands 3D Printing Ltd, where Paul Moloney and the team have just launched a new facility with 3 automation units ⚙️ Great to see such a strong collective focus on scaling output and pushing the business forward. Thanks again to both teams. It's always good to spend time together, learn from each other, and share a few laughs too! #3DPrinting #AdditiveManufacturing #HPMJF #UKManufacturing #SustainableProduction #Partnerships

🚘 From Halo Cars to High-Volume Impact — Additive Manufacturing Is Shaping the Future of Automotive General Motors is turning heads with the ultra-luxury $340K Cadillac Celestiq — and 3D printing is at the heart of its production. More than 130 parts in the Celestiq are 3D printed, using a mix of aluminum, stainless steel, and polymers like PA11 and PA12. Why? Because for ultra-low-volume production, additive manufacturing offers what traditional tooling can’t: agility, speed, and design freedom. 💡 At the core of this transformation is the Additive Industrialization Center (AIC), where GM validates the business case and technical readiness of each 3D-printed component — before scaling production with partners. Among the technologies used? HP Multi Jet Fusion technology (MJF) ✅ 12-hour print cycles ✅ High-performance polymer parts ✅ Functional applications from brackets to sensors 🎯 It’s a real-world example of how HP MJF technology enables production-grade quality and just-in-time part delivery—even for the most demanding automotive use cases. 🔩 From safety-critical seat belt guides to glove box sides with 27 design iterations, this story shows how AM enables smarter, faster, and more flexible production—when and where it makes sense. And while the Celestiq is rare, the approach isn’t. GM is already using 3D printing in 15+ plants and across select high-volume models. The takeaway? What starts in a $340K car could soon scale to your daily driver. 👉 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/drSmErpW #HP3DPrinting #MultiJetFusion #AdditiveManufacturing #AutomotiveInnovation #CadillacCelestiq #DigitalManufacturing #3DPrinting #FutureOfMobility #LowVolumeProduction #MassCustomization #HPAM
