The charger comes with a standard U.S. AC power cable cord. If the charger is ordered and shipped internationally, it will include an AC power cable cord for the international country it is being shipped to. Current provided AC power cable cords include UK, EU, and AUS.

Can the charger be used as a portable charger?

The charger cannot be used as a portable charger because it requires to be plugged into a wall outlet to power the charger.
