Nestled high on a hill, our modern two-bedroom villa offered breathtaking views over the sparkling turquoise waters of Dolphine Paralia—a view so serene it felt like living in a painting. From the moment we arrived, the charm of the villa captivated us. Sleek yet cozy, the design masterfully balanced contemporary elegance with natural stone accents and traditional touches. Each room was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and opened out onto the sun-drenched terrace, where the real showstopper awaited: the infinity pool. Floating there at sunset with a glass of local wine in hand, watching the sun dip into the sea—it was pure bliss. The hosts Lambros and his dad (apologies I forgot his name) were incredibly welcoming, offering tips on local tavernas, hidden beaches, and nearby walking trails that made us feel more like locals than guests. They were so gracious and humbled that we chose their establishment. Every detail, from the olive trees to the authentic Mani stone villas to the incredible gravity free beds, soft linens and luxurious bath products, was curated with care and love. A visit here is more than a retreat, it’s a renewal of mind, body, and spirit which leaves us with a longing to return.

The house is located in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view of the Mani mountains and sea. It is close to two small, picturesque towns, just a 10- and 20-minute drive away. The house is modernly designed and equipped with all the necessary appliances. You’ll simply want to spend your time there.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped house in a beautiful quiet location a short walk from Agios Nikolaos village.

Great stone villa, built in the characteristic Maniotic architecture style. Very spacious, clean and well-equipped, with two full-size bathrooms. Could easily host 6 people (although we're only 3), good value for money. The complex has two small pools, both clean and with great sea view. Excellent location next to Pantazi beach (15 min walk) and Agios Nikolaos village (5 min by car, possibility for a longer walk too).

The view is amazing, the hosts were extremely kind (we thank you for everything!!) You’ll find everything you need at this accommodation. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on and again, that view, when you wake up, it’s just amazing. The kitchen has all you need to cook and it’s very clean. There’s a small fridge with a freezer, perfect for 2 people. The bathroom has all the amenities. Everything was clean. This place is more than worth it. I cannot recommend it enough! We’ll come back! The terrace is perfect for enjoying a frappe or a glass of wine at night. There’s also enough space for you to do a workout, like yoga. What we also enjoyed: The Alypa beach near it is wonderful, so scenic. There’s a very good family restaurant near it as well. It’s called to Steki. Make sure to check them out.

We really enjoyed having cocktails and breakfasts on the patio. There was also plenty of room in the living areas.

Beautiful and quiet location, with spectacular view of both the sea and the mountain. Spotless clean house, with several different places to relax in the backyard. Spacious kitchen and living room area and 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds.
