I had to travel in from Portugal emergency basis for my brother. (He was critically ill completely unexpectedly to his family, intensive care & died 3 days after I got there. The staff were just so kind, thoughtful, good/very good English, friendly & professional. Nice lighting. Very good bed. Nice restaurant & didn’t use the spa. Just overwhelmed. But grateful to the hotel for letting indefinitely stay. Made a really rough time much more bearable.

The apartment was very clean, stylish, and conveniently located. The host was friendly and accomodating. I especially loved the modern design of the apartment.

In the Pecherskyj district of Kyiv, close to The Motherland Monument, Центр Печерск метро Зверинецкая, Печерская features an open-air bath and a washing machine. My stay was extremely cozy and comfortable. The owner of the flat is exceptionally friendly and caring, and truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend him as he is not only attentive but genuinely a good person. The flat itself is spacious and well-furnished, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in the city!

Honestly, the hotel is great, the saunas are great. The massages are great. The food is great. But what takes the cake is the Staff. I've never felt like a regular at a hotel before. And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.
