Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

Objekat TUI Blue Barut Andız - All Inclusive - Adults Only, koji se nalazi u gradu Side, na 4 min. There are so many good things to say about this place. I am from Australia and since staying at Tui Blue I have been telling everyone I know about this fantastic place in Antalya. Firstly, the staff here are next level, they feel like friends whose sole purpose is to make sure we enjoy life. On the last day we were racing for the airport they made sure we were fed and as comfortable as possible. We left feeling like our new found friends were still looking after us even though we had checked out already! Secondly, the buffet food on offer is way above the quality you would expect from an all inclusive Resort. We are fussy eaters and particular about the quality of the food we eat and this place exceeded all expectations. There are also activities every day and live entertainment so you are never short of something to do if thats what you fancy. A big thank you to all the staff members who helped make our stay in Turkey such a memorable one!

Objekat Barut B Suites, koji se nalazi u mestu Side, nudi sezonski bazen na otvorenom i vrt. Antički grad Side udaljen je 6 km. Peščana, privatna plaža sa snek barom nalazi se na 250 metara. We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.
