Mararating ang Borromean Islands sa 27 km, ang Laqua by the lake ay nagtatampok ng accommodation, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at private beach area. The design is very minimalist and nice. Breakfast and lunch is very good. Michelin restaurant good but a bit overrated. There were some misunderstanding with the reservation via booking but the staff find excellent solutions for all issues being super nice. I strongly recommend this place.

Located in the most popular square in the historic centre of Orta San Giulio, Hotel Leon D'Oro features 2 sun terraces with views of Lake Orta and San Giulio Island. Well loved our pretty room under the eaves of this very old, family run hotel. We had a delightful view over the roof slates to the lake and mountains. Room and bathroom with painted walls and a luxury spa bath were much enjoyed. We enjoyed two excellent evening meals in the restaurant overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit. It was so nice just being able to wander out into the streets and piazza of lovely Orta. The staff were very friendly and offered helpful information.

Hotel L'Approdo offers a private beach and beautiful views of Lake Orta, and is just a few minutes' drive from Orta San Giulio and the A26 Motorway. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. The Approdo is superbly located by the Cinderella lake, Lago D’Orta. Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff very helpful. The Buffet breakfast catered for all nationalities with a great choice of food. Staff at the pool shack made an iced espresso that kept the energy levels up. Can’t fault this property.
