Friendly helpful staff, great location and facilities, spotlessly clean. Lovely little extra touches like fresh milk and water in the fridge in my room, a welcoming complimentary cup of coffee on arrival and fresh flowers on the breakfast table. All these made the stay so much more pleasurable, I will definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was excellent with great location. However, as area of improvement, the deposit was a little higher than expected. Also, more options in SPA will be better.

Our stay was amazing from the moment we set foot in the property till the very last minute we left. The location is ideal for shopping, leisure (close to nice parks) and culture (museums, musicals, attractions etc)The staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The bed and the pillows was soo comfortable, the room was always clean and tidy.
