The location is THE BEST and cannot be beat, located right next to ESF and at the bottom of the slopes, next to the télésiège. There’s a secure locker room in the basement to store ski equipment that is frequently cleaned. Staff are super friendly and professional. There’s a jacuzzi room that has 30-minute time slot bookings, which was relaxing.

Hôtel Igloo is located in the Alpine resort town of Morzine, 300 metres from the village centre and the Tourism Board. Pleney ski lift is a 4-minute walk away. Great and enough food for breakfast. Location is ideal for gondola`s access. Good parking at the hotel.

Le Samoyede asub Morzine‘i kesklinnas, mis on Les Portes du Soleili rahvusvahelise suusakuurordi südames Šveitsi ja Prantsusmaa vahel. All the people at the front desk were exceptionally helpful to us. Our baggage was lost at the airport but they gladly made phone calls for us as we do not speak French. They even drove to a tech store 5 km away to purchase a SIM card for our phone. We are truly grateful for such outstanding service. Also, the hotel is beautiful with authentic wood interiors and decorating. Excellent breakfast!
