Es un hotel fantastic. Tot el personal tant de recepcio Valeria, Emre com Jhon son fantastics i ens han ajudat molt en la organitzacio de l’estança i en l’organització d’excursions. Ens van organitzar un creuer privat pel Bosforo maravellos. Tot ha estat fantàsti. La ubicació inmillorable y molt net. Si torno a Estambul no tinc cap dubte que tornaré a aquest hotel i això aque és la meva quarta vegada a Estambul.
