i didnt like that some indians there wash their underwears and socks in washing machine, the hostel also no any restrictions about that. It so unhealthy. And payment methods is so bad . They dont have humo payment. And the guy who sits in reception didnt gave me my 5000 soum . Towels , beddings are also dirty and oily

Breakfast was very hectic, not enough spaces to eat and hardly enough food (though they keep some in reserve, you just have to ask every time the tiny plates run out).

Nice place, set up as a very backpacker hostel. Good wifi and hot water. Twin room was comfy and quiet, away from the lobby. Easy check-in, English speaing staff. Free coffee and tea throughout the day. Be advised almost all guests when I visited were 50+. So a different vibe than some may be used to.

Room : lack of window in the private room, very loud air conditioner positioned right next to the headboard of the bed as a result it’s impossible to sleep with the AC off because it’s too hot, and with the AC on it’s way too loud. The door of the room have stripes of transparent plastic hence whoever turns on the light in the night in the corridor it illuminates the room. At the checkin you sign an agreement that you will remain silent and not disturb other guests after 23:00 which is fair however there were noises the whole night of someone making phone calls and watching videos in the reception area, not sure if it’s other guests or reception people but it disturbed the sleep anyway. Payment : the total price for me for two nights was showing 44$ however at the checkin I was asked to pay 56$ which is 25% more, apparently due to some additional tax, booking was not showing to me such a payment, eventually reception people let it go however better to specify it for future guests Breakfast : I understand the bag packing atmosphere of the hostel and the low price of the meal (approximately 2$ per meal per person) but I believe that even for that price the breakfast is way too poor and also the guests are supposed to prepare it themselves

I can't say much, except the location is a bit far a way from the city center. But the taxi is 2-3 dollar max to anywhere, so it didn't looked like a problem. On the other hand, quite close to the airport

I really liked the manager. I had a mistake in my booking where the proposed fee was lower than the price they showed me in reception. But, fortunately, the manager gave us the price that was written in my booking, admitting the mistake. Btw, nice and welcoming stuff is working here. They are used to foreigners. Anyway, I have had a good experience while living here

The place was not very clean, especially the toilet, which made our stay unpleasant. Guests are not allowed to enter the hostel with their shoes, and the slippers provided by the hostel are of very low quality. As a result, it's easy to get wet in common areas like the toilet. Additionally, there was excessive noise in the lobby until 3 am at night. The hostel administration should establish rules for guests to maintain a quieter atmosphere during nighttime hours. Our sleep was disrupted due to the noise.

The location of the hostel is in a good neighborhood. It is next to the airport and not far from the city center.

Personalized breakfast is not prepared. People touch the bread or other food with their hands and put it back. Even worse, they touch the food with used forks and leave it back. Also the staff seemed fed up with tourists. When I first arrived, I wanted to leave my bag, I didn't want to carry it on my back all day long because I am a backpacker. The woman working at the reception said why did you come so early without even saying good morning. She said check in at 14:00 with a bad face.

According to Uzbekistan property was clean and colorful.

The toilet was dirty and flooded. My friend got dirty towell as well. The air-conditioning didnt work well at the beginning, and the pillows were really uncomfortable. After we complained the stuff increased the air-conditioning (so ask them) and replaced the towel. In addition, some things were listed to be available in the room which was not the case. They were available in the hostel, but not in the room.

The staff was kind and helpful. It was very quiet during the night and beds were comfortable. So expect a good sleep.

The graffiti decor of the hostel was absolutely amazing. It was most appropriate to a happy hostel for budget travellers and for youth. The bunk beds were also very lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of the way to book our taxis.

Location is nice but a little far from city centre, but we can manage with taxi.

I was completely feel safe as I am travelling with family including two kids aging 2 & 4. The property was clean and a pure hostel ambience. Breakfast was OK.
