We stayed here 8 years ago and the place has lost its soul. It's no longer the kind of place where long-term travelers gather, meet and chat. It's turned into a simple dormitory. It’s perfectly fine, but it was disappointing for us. The staff is truly inefficient. The AC in our room was broken (why not mention that on arrival?). Despite several follow-ups, they were unable to offer a solution (such as providing a fan or changing the room). It was a bit frustrating at this time of year...However the intention was good since we got a €5 discount as compensation.

Comfortable and generally clean, rooms are confortable and the breakfast is fine. It is globally a decent place to stay in Tashkent and fairly priced. The welcome was neither good nor bad.

Disappointing service and lack of order – not ideal for longer stays Unfortunately, my experience at Top Charm Hostel had some drawbacks. The staff was just okay – not particularly helpful or friendly. I also noticed that the hostel lacked proper organization. Shared areas were sometimes messy, and quiet hours were not respected, which made it hard to relax. In a pinch, for a night or two, it might work – especially if you just need a bed and don’t mind a bit of chaos. But if you value peace, cleanliness, order, and polite service, I’d recommend choosing another place.

There were some guys, I wasn't so sure if they were guests or friends of the hostel owner. They made plenty of noise laughing out loud in the lobby both in the morning and both at night. Only have restroom but no washroom where I could take a shower.

Free and pretty nice breakfast. Late check-in was possible hassle-free. Quite clean dorm

Cheap accommodation. Located at the fringe of town. 15 to 20-minute brisk walk to bus stop. Taxi would be fine. Not very spick amd span. When I was there, a few nationalities were there and many were from India.
