Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is located not so far from the centre, offering all facilities inside the hotel (even official money exchange, sauna etc.). Good breakfast. We stayed in Deluxe room, which was very huge. Comfortable bed and pillows.

TurkeyAlthough the hotel is old, the rooms were clean and it is in a nice location, close to the city center and important shopping centers. The employees were friendly and helpful when we needed it. Although we arrived at the hotel very early on the first day, Rustem, who was at the reception, helped us and allowed us to check in early, I would like to thank him from here. My only comment is that the hotel is old and needs renovation and the breakfast is inadequate.

CanadaNot much. Allowing only 1 free Internet device doesnt help. On arrival you naturally connect your phone, meaning that it is then impossible to connect a laptop. A money exchange services open from 10am to 6pm does not wllow anyone with a full daya of meetings to use it. The furnishings are somewhat dated though comfortable. The see-through wash basins are a bit disconcerting, while the plastic bath has something of a sag where people always stand for their shower.
Staff were most helpful, frequently checking about my needs and responding with active help. The Wifi maintained a strong signal at all times. The breakfast was a good assortment of hot and cold without being a standard (Ramada-Wyndham?) set of 'western' fare. The location was close enough to the city centre for a 15 minute walk, on a major ring road but with many trees in front rather than overlooked by shops and businesses

ArmeniaHowever, the bathroom facilities seem quite old and are not the most comfortable to use. The hotel is also relatively expensive, and overall, I can’t say it provides the best value for money considering the price.
The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and convenient for getting to meetings in the City. The breakfast offered is nice, with a decent selection to choose from. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.
