There are a few things though that could be improved. The bathroom had some issues, the toilet flush didn't work properly, and the floor stayed wet constantly because of the shower design. Also, the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and I'd highly recommend the hotel consider replacing them for a better nights sleep. With a few updates, this place could be truly outstanding.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the breakfast, which was amazing! A wide variety of fresh, local options every morning and the staff were kind and attentive. The location was also excellent with easy access to the main attractions. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location is right in the corner of Registan Square. Quite accessible to restaurants and the mausoleums. The stay was very comfortable and the people were very very helpful. I had an early train next morning, so they had packed us the breakfast as well. Most recommended!

It was a bit cold in the room and on breakfast. Beds are old and uncomfortable, sheets are too small and mattress was alwas uncovering. Bathroom needs renovation, it was always water on the floor and slipery, toilet flushing didn't work propetly.

The location is perfect, everything is near, it was easy to find. The room is big, I like the style and wooden ceiling. Breakfast is abundand and good, coffee, tea and drinkable water always available, the stuff is helpful and nice.

I couldn't get hot water from the shower, but at least I could from the sink. Aside from that, all good for a budget option.

The guest home has real old world charm. The rooms are spacious but very old, especially the bathroom. However, the staff are very kind and welcoming. Great value with a large breakfast spread.

Perfect location - 5min by walk to Registan Square. Cosy, homey atmosphere, there are inside garden with places to sit and relax after long day of sightseeing. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom was tiny - could be improved and trash cleaning should be done voluntarily.

It is brilliantly located - 4 mins walk from the Registan Square - the most important site in the city. It is a family run establishment as others have also pointed out and the little maintenance issues are balanced by the warm hospitality of the family. The breakfast is adequate with eggs, sausages, salami - although it is not the typical buffet breakfast.

The room we were in was in major need of refurbishment, eg the door to our room didn't lock properly, and had come off the hinge at the bottom, and mattress was uncomfortable. There was a loud noise from some kind of machinery or plumbing in the walls day and night that kept me awake. It's very dark in the room we had.

The location is fantastic - right next to Registan and various key sites. The host family were very welcoming and nice, giving a homely feel to your stay. Breakfast was nice, with plenty on offer. There's tea and coffee available any time in the common area. They do laundry for a reasonable cost. The shower in the room was warm with decent water pressure.

The room was very big and the bathroom. It is an old guest house so the inventory was worn but cozy. The bed was hard, but we weren't looking for luxury, but for local vibes. The breakfast was enormous and so good., we ate in a wonderful coartyard with other traveller's. Would recommend to others.. Could see Regristan from guest house.. We stayed an extra night which was no problem

A cute place run by a family, very personal and intimate.. They treat you like friends instead of guests, very accommodating people, superb location right next to the Registan square, easy to find as it lies on a dead end of the road.
