Our room was right by a storage room and early in the morning (about 4am( you could hear someone going into the room and it actually sounded like someone was trying to get into our room at first.

It was on a busy street but close to the marina.

The room was very clean and modern, nicely designed. Although close to the street the room (#1) was quiet. We were able to walk to restaurants.

Our AC was malfunctioning on the first night and prevented restful sleep. Management was great about getting it repaired though. Also could use more surface to place toiletries in the bathroom. We were there on a night when the restaurant wasn’t open so had to dine elsewhere in a primarily residential neighborhood. Mitch’s seafood was great though. Make sure you know if they are hosting anything poolside because it is very noisy if they are due to the design of the hotel centered around the pool.

The key cards were a pain. We had to have them reprogrammed just about every time. After the first time, and advice from the staff, we kept them in separate areas away from phones, and STILL every time we had to come down to have them re done.

The noise isolation is not good enough. I could hear sounds from neighbouring rooms obviously. The bed is too soft for me. Limited parking slots, but it was not difficult to park in nearby streets.

It is clean and well-organised. The staff are nice. Good location.

water pressure in shower very low, even for California, bed too low to floor, road in front of hotel seemed dangerous to cross on foot or bicycle (which I did not rent) due to speeding cars. A stop sign given location of hotel in relation to harbor, would be sensible. No apparent assistance for carrying luggage up stairs

The room was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was also easy to reach and in walking distance of the sea.
