It was a dirty box with a bed and a bathroom. Broken stuff, bad paint and when you wipe anything with disinfectant wipes the wipes were instantly black. There was definitely some crappy people living there full time.

A family lives, or was on extended stay in the room above our room. There was a lot of stomping on the floor either from the adults or the children. It was very noisy throughout the day, until they went to sleep. They may have done it on purpose.

there was cockroaches in the room and when we went to tell the lady at the front office she said, "that's not possible we have a person who comes and sprays". I showed her a video of them and she said" Oh well with the heat they are coming in". We asked for a refunds and checked out.

Rooms were the smallest I had ever seen. The beds were six inches of metal springs. So uncomfortable. Last person to stay had covered the smoke alarm with napkin and smoked in the room. Dead bugs on floor.

I was in the handicap room and the shower head couldn't really be adjusted and kept spraying into the corner. I was able to stand for my shower and found it hard to shower as I was basically up against the tile and rails in the corner. When I went to adjust the head, the bottom of the rail pulled out from the bottom "screw" and then the shower head fell off and hit me in the head. The pressure was not real good to rinse either. Maybe a shower massage head on a hose that is more stable and able to be clipped in to stay attached would be a better solution.

They have put a lot of money into remodeling this property and it was one of the cleaner Motel 6's I have stayed at. It was quiet. The AC worked, there was hot water, I was glad there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I appreciated being able to unload right to the door/room and not have to go inside a building and up stairs. Easy access to the White Sand Dunes (20 minute drive south). The front desk staff were all nice and helpful.

I didn’t like nothing!!! Everything from the customer service to the room was nothing but a disaster and a nightmare.

Absolutely nothing, will never recommend. This place and the employees are a train wreck. Nobody knew nothing. I was charged twice even though I booked through Priceline. The room was nasty and we ended up renting another room. I couldn’t even get a refund. This place is ridiculous. Not worth the money and the people are rude. Never ever will we go back there. Save your money folks.

There was not hot water for the shower. No hairdryer or in room coffee. Outside of property has piles of debris and needs work. Doors have missing or crooked signage. Paint appears to be sloppily applied with much overspray and mismatched colors. Adjacent to the property is the remains of a burned motel just sitting condemned.

I didn’t like that they take away extra fees when they dont even show that on the booking reservations. Also i don’t know why they lock the tv and make the wifi hard to connect, i always carry an extra hdmi for my work powerpoints and its the first motel out of all the motels 6 that has their tvs with restrictions. And i dont think thats fair because were paying EXTRA fees, thats the least they can do is have the tvs unlocked & wifi easier for used.
