It’s certainly quite dated. The restaurant is beautiful but breakfast wasn’t, so I wouldn’t want to eat there.

The hotel is basic but has a nice location. The staff were really excellent, spoke English, kindly helped me get a kettle and held onto my bag whilst I walked around the lake.

Ideally placed by the lake. Wonderful room overlooking the lake. Pleasant staff; easy check in. Plenty of parking behind the hotel with access via barrier.

Very nicely located hotel. Had a very comfy spacious room with a view out to the lake. There was no kettle in the room but helpful reception quickly provided one. Very comfy bed. Desk and fridge plus TV. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower. Buffet breakfast was available very reasonably priced. Plenty of vegan friendly options, although quite meaty heavy!

Excellent hotel in a good location; in the city centre yet backing onto a lake. Plenty of parking at the back. Helpful staff. Large comfortable room and bed. Good views from the room. Good buffet breakfast.

Amazing location, walking distance to the center city. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. There's a shelter in place on the ground floor. Elevator is working. Room service was quick, and the food was delicious! Will come back for sure

A good room with a nice bed, an electric fireplace, AC, TV, WiFi. Location in the downtown and a view to Shevchenko park and Ternopil lake. Parking lot behind the hotel is free for the guests. This is the best choice from those available in the city.

The slowest lift in the world!

The location of this hotel is exceptional. It overlooks the lake and yet is only a couple of minutes from the restaurants and bars. This hotel ticked all of the boxes for me. Great breakfast comfortable bed and hot shower. Thoroughly recomended.

I was here one year ago. The room which I received this time was better than during last time, so I can not write any bad opinion about this hotel. The stuff were changed each day so the room was kept in good condition for whole time.

The breakfast was good and not so expensive (260 UAH) for each day. Typical dishes for breakfast like scrambled eggs and sandwiches. Personel was very nice and polite. They tried to help me in any situation. Hotel has beautiful view on the lake and own parking for cars, on which only guests are able to park their cars.

Water slightly leaked from the shower cabin, this can be improved

Perfect location - the hotel is right near the Ternopil Pond and the quay, right in the heart of the city. Ideal place to go outside for a walk even in the late evening. Very good breakfast, very diverse and has everything - meat, vegetables, porriges, desserts, definitely worth its money. Also there is an amazing view on the Pond from the restaurant where you have breakfasts - creates a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, really well-prepared. Also the personnel was nice, a pleasure to speak.

If you are from US the air conditioner is not as cold as you want it to be, but that’s an issue only when there’s an extreme heat ( which doesn’t happen often) Would like to have a room with two separate beds ( not a pull up couch when traveling with kids)

Fantastic location, excellent service and tasty food at the restaurant. Hotel has lake views and is close to everything. It also has an elevator and air conditioner in every room. Definitely recommend! Will be back again next time I’m in Ukraine.

Dead bolt in room didn’t work. Soap skum in shower soap tray. Shower door did close completely.

Good breakfast. Great location. Absolutely loved the robes. You should definitely sell them! Staff was very nice and accommodating.
