Breakfast could've had more local dishes eg sada roti, fried bake and buljol. Coming from the USA we didn't wish to eat waffles and american cheese.

Non availability of a restaurant facility, it could have added more value to the hotel and ofcourse could have contributed more towards its bottom line.

Breakfast was well spread out and was lavish, piping hot food was being served with the relevant dish temperature being kept in mind.

It was overall very good. The only negatives were: 1. The pillows aren't very comfortable(for me). 2. One of the mornings there was a bit of a late breakfast rush between 8 and 9 am and the kitchen didn't seem to be able to cope with the influx of guests that well. This resulted in some delays for items to be replenished and in one instance, not being replenished at all. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and the staff is lovely.

The pool area could of been clean better miss the lounge chair talk to you al about guests having bottle by the pool security never pass to check. That my fear of coming back

The staff was very pleasant, breakfast was great and the facilities were clean!! Also, there's a shuttle leaving every hour, to take you to the nearest mall. Even though there's no inhouse restaurant/bar, it was still a great experience. Will definitely return.

Needed a hotel near airport for connecting flight to Grenada in morning after arriving from London. Really close to airport,functional and friendly staff. Good size room and AC worked well but a bit noisy. Good value for what we needed.

It is a bit overpriced for being a hotel chain, and it was a bit disappointing to know that they don't have rates for half day or hours. We had a delay on our flight, which resulted in reaching the hotel at 4am. We paid full price for exactly 8 hours of stay. As other hotels globally, they should consider charging even half price for these kind of events, particularly because there are flights that usually land after midnight in Trinidad. It is slightly abusive.

Great location (very close to the airport) if you have any engagements around the area. It is very clean, it is fully equipped with whatever you need, the AC works well and the beds and pillows comfortable.

I was not allowed to use the public facilities, such as the gym and the pool on my check out day which I think was not the best service. I arrived just before midnight the night before and had to leave in the afternoon for my flight. There should be more leniency there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a long layover near the airport. The free shuttle was a great addition and the driver was so kind and professional.

I was told in advance that we could sit by the pool until we needed to go to the airport, after we had checked out but this proved not to be allowed. No cafe/ restaurant

Your breakfast was great, location of hotel was excellent. 10 minutes to airport. A lot better than driving up from San Fernando early in the morning traffic stress etc.
