We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Great value hotel, comfortable and good central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Looks plain from outside but rooms were very well designed clean and modern, fitted out with everything you need, and quiet.

FranceDespite being confirmed by email of scooter availability, there was none available when we checked-in. Luckily we managed to book one through another hotel nearby. Hotel should confirm with scooter rental agent prior to the stay. All went well during our stay however Hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned and would accept some refreshment/refurbishment.
Good breakfast (à la carte rather than buffet), free transportation from/to airport was excellent service, size of the room, sparkling clean.

AustraliaUnfortunately the pool was not usable - as it was under maintenance. Hoping this is fixed soon. People would be sitting at tables outside room and smoking, as a non-smoker this is not so great - maybe the smoking area could be moved to the 3 floor open bar (which is not used), or a designated smoking area away from rooms. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was super basic, no fresh juices, a menu that was very limited. Bread for toast that was always late, which meant anything ordered that included toast (avo toast) had to wait for the bakery to arrive. I ended up eating at other local cafes, as the breakfast was better The rainfall shower head in the bathroom needs some maintenance.
The room I stayed in was crisp and clean, bed made daily, room cleaned and towels replaced. Overall a great stay. Great amenities, big comfortable bed and pillows, lounge space, big TV. I had 1 minor issue (and really was minor in my eyes) and the hotel refunded me a nights stay - which i was not expecting or demanding (and to be honest, probably overkill. So in terms of customer service - they are are 100/10. This hotel is a solid 7 - but i gave it an 8, because of how pro-active their customer service was over a minor issue

United KingdomThere are renovation works ongoing, but you won't hear them. Just be aware that the works (and the swimming pool that is been built) are unlikely to be complete before end of 2025.
It is a good location, with a couple of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast in the Chinese restaurant is really (surprisingly somehow) good. The restaurant itself is really good, although expensive.

This was a great place to stay. The area is safe and has plenty of cafes and supermarkets, very close to the lovely seafront Largo de Lecidere park and amenities.

IndonesiaThe shower didn’t drain properly causing some overflow on the bathroom floor after a shower. Laundry fees are extremely high for the location. The hotel charges $1 per piece whereas a dry cleaner around the corner charges $2 per kilo. Also, the tour and vehicle prices are quite high for Southeast Asia. $25 a day for an old scooter that wouldn’t get more than $200 if sold on the market is absurd.
Great location. Walking distance of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. The suite was spacious and comfortable for two people. The cleaning staff was outstanding and always greeted me with a warm smile.

SingaporeThere is construction ongoing as it looks like they are expanding. However, by evening the construction has stopped so it will not affect your stay but it does get a bit dusty.
The room was very spacious and clean. Water is provided daily and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is great as well, you get to choose from a menu e.g. noodles, eggs and toast, avocado toast etc. or you can have the items laid out on the general table e.g. toast, yogurt, spreads, cereal, milk etc. Location was great as there are good coffee spots and restaurants within walking distance. Internet connection was decent. This place is definitely value for money.

AustraliaThere is construction at the hotel, so it can be dusty and noisy. It wasn’t a concern as we were out during the day. The main breakfast meals at first were set with extras that I didn’t prefer, eg salad. The next few mornings I was able to order the basics, eg one egg cooked both sides on toast. (The bacon was usually overcooked). Had trouble using the toaster as it toasted one side only. Ordering a white tea confused the staff. Changed order to a FULL cup of black tea leaving the tea bag in and then added milk from the milk jug that came with spouse’s coffee! Two of the restaurant staff looked bored and unfriendly. Hard to face early in the morning but then again, I’m not a morning person either.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We booked room only so paid USD$8 each for breakfast, which was a choice of a main hot cooked meal such as egg and bacon, plus a selection of cereal, fruit salad and fresh fruits, yoghurt, toast with spreads including Vegemite!
