Pool is small and next to the road basicly. You can jump in from reception if you would like 😁 also didnt seem so clean to make me wanting to jump in. There is very small area for sunbathing.

Location is good, restaurants, food market and massage salons near by. 5 min walking from Patong Banzaan Market (in the evening there is a street food market).

Only had 1 bathroom for 5 beds that could accommodate 7 people. But this was a very minor inconvenience that we didn’t even notice.

The location, the space, the people managing it were all great. There’s a swimming pool if you’re shy of going to a beach 4 kms away.

More or less ok! Not like in some pictures ;-) The hotel is ok to relax, frienfly personal. Very near to reach the important things like supermarket, loundry, travel agency, shops,mall, beach.

Standard was a bit worn down, two of our four beds were on a sleeping couch with sleeping comfort you can describe as okay.

Calm stay with about 10min walk to the main attractions. Sam is a nice and helpful guy.

Mr Sam was very helpful and accommodating. It was nice location for what we wanted in Phuket. And was a big villa for the family super clean and traditional Thai style!

There may be a need to do some repainting. Use light paints to make the room lively and bright.

They have a place for a big family. Area is located in a quiet part of the area but is just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Patong Beach. Sam is very welcoming. He will make sure that the guests are comfortable.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Air con needed regassing(not cold&remote on the blink). Be aware that you must surrender passport for scooter hire.🙈

Since it’s a residence and not a hotel, house keeping was done by one good and humble lady. We would have preferred if they have more house keeping staffs so that rooms and toilets were better managed. all others are fine.

The property manager, Sam was very friendly and more of family / brother. He made sure he took good care of all of us like his own family. Sam was 100 on 100 for us.

The horrible noise every morning due a construction building next to the property. Be aware of it The only one thing I didnt like was a 24hours continues leaking water from the flushing system in the Bathroom, which was annoying and takes pressure from the shower etc, not even care to fix it.

The room over exceeded my expectations. Sam was kind enough to collect me from Bus blue smart bust stop and even offered to collect me from Phuket Town He offered his help to rent a scooter, then is up to each one to decide what to do. He has many good reviews from his clients. If you need anything he will help you, regardless the issue with the flushing system leak in the bathroom. He was always kind The best was he offered to collect me on my arrival even though I made a mistake in my booking dates he tried to accommodate me. That was superb!!!!
