Our room (214) was very close to the kitchen and it was noisy. The food was a bit pricey (but very good)

The view of the hotel is amazing. The sea salt swimming pool is very nice. The hammocks are great. Breakfast was very good.

The bar lacks good variety, quality and quantity of liquors, they frequently run out of stock. Wine availability is very, very bad and quality is soso. Rooms don’t have good view.

I didn't like the decor or beds of the rooms. they were very plain more like a hostel then a fancy expensive hotel. The lighting was really way to bright and no small light at the nightstand to read comfortably.

The salt pools were super fun and unusual. The path along the bottom of the cliff was also really fun to have. The Cabanas at the property were really cozy and private and we enjoyed the three hammocks a lot. Being able to order from the menu from the cabana was incredible.

the people on duty at the pool are not friendly, I had to call them many times until they answered my call. they need to walk around aware that the people at the pool require service.

the view is spectacular, the pools are clean, the gardens well kept and well maintained. the beaches are very distant and with many steps to go down not suitable for people with walking disabilities. the saltwater pools are a delight, it's like entering the sea without risking that a wave drags you.

We rented the chalet, but they didn't allow us to have a little speaker with music, even tho it was 11 am and No one was around us, the person who approached us was a bit rude, the food was a bit expensive.

We loved salt water pools they do need cleaning stairs to get into pools they are slippery and unsafe No phones in rooms, after 5:00 pm no service in bar near pool if you need ice need to walk all the way to Pelícano restaurant where the offer is a plastic cup with a little ice for you to take to your room. If you want to reserve tiki hut you need to go early to desk as they receive visitors that come for day, this has additional cost for guests staying hotel. Breakfast is included and acceptable with many choices specially Salvadorean food included in room charge. No room service of any kind. Service tiki huts good serving drinks and food till 5:00 pm for additional charge Air conditioning our room working well very important in hot humid weather

I don't like that prices are going up every time you come here . You used to get a cabana included with your room if you decided to spend the night they .changed it, you have to pay an extra 15.00 dollar to get the cabana, which is decent now they changed that again and it is 27 i understand if you are in high pick but there was barely anyone there on a Wednesday. In addition our restroom wasn't working properly so they offered us to use the one next door from a different room and that one had some leaking issues overall it wasn't an overwhelming situation because we stayed one night. The only reason I keep coming back is because I pretty much grew up in that place when it was still a private club, and I know everyone there. Food is. Very good and customer service

My wife didn’t like was that they didn’t have a hair blow dry, and clothes iron, and the room were simple, but cozy

We liked the WiFi was amazing thru the hole place, food was good, salted pools , the beach, the personal were polite, great attitude, helpful, and amazing and the views were amazing
