Pool bar staff was rather absent and the inventory would need an update - also would not hurt to expand the menu with some ice cream etc.

Wonderful view and a great pool, spacious rooms and other facilities. Eg. hotel gym is way above market standard, with great equipment.

There is not one thing we did not like, we loved everything about this hotel. It was a 10/10 for us! The hotel was so attentive to our needs, we travelled with a large group with an infant and everything was perfectly set up.

We loved everythinga about this hotel. We love the rooms, the special touch with the cupcakes upon arrival was very nice. The employee who handled our check-in I cannot recall her name but she is from Sao Miguel from Livramente, she was absolutely the best and sweetest! Our room was perfect (clean, comfortable and with a gorgeous view). I would go back for sure.

The view of the pool, the bay and Monte Brasil from our room and the restaurant were amazing! And the with the many food options at the breakfast and dinner buffets, we dined at the restaurant for all our meals. The location was perfect for our hike up Monte Brasil. The staff was very helpful. There was also a great gym and a running trail along the coast.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is at the edge of the city so it is quiet and serene. Ocean views are great! We walked around the city for the most part. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Unfortunately I have allergies, so the carpeting did make my nose itch.

The breakfast was a good mixture of cold and hot foods with local variety. The staff was helpful and gave good recommendations for places to eat. The hotel was in a good local that wasn’t too far from downtown angra but was far enough that it wasn’t too busy or loud. We rented a car to explore Terceira, but there are tours that pick you up at the hotel. This is also a close location to some whale watching tour operators so was a quick drive over!

I will start saying I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visited the island, but there are a few things where improvement could be done: both indoor and outdoor swimming pool water was cold, the outdoor swimming pool area was not yet in season, so could possibly be very pleasant in the summer; indoor jacuzzi water was also luke warm so not great sitting in it, the jacuzzi/massage function was broken and barely worked; dinner buffet was very expensive (£26 pp) and we are a vegetarian family with less choices.

Amazing seaview from room, beautiful interior, USB plug by the bed. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Excellent wide choice at breakfast, vegan options provided on request, bar food is great with vegetarian and vegan options, and bartenders are really nice. Gym is state of the art. Location is great, close to town as well as short drive to major sights.

Great view from the room. Exceptional fitness facility. Hotel restaurant is very good, although the not boxing leftovers policy is a turn-off. Breakfast has a bunch of options. Would definitely stay here again.
