Breakfast is very poor in variety , and the pasitry quality is not good. Same goes for the restaurant buffet - not recommended! The only reasonable dishes can be ordered at the bar. Hotel food gets 2-3 out of 10

The location was great, swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. We also liked the walking paths from the hotel to Angra and historic sites. The late checkout time was appreciated.

I usually stay with family when coming to Terceira but decided to stay the night here mostly for the pool. I love everything about this property. Perfect location, very friendly and welcoming staff, big comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. I was surprised to find some pastries they left in the room, awesome touch and really shows their hospitality. The outdoor pool area was my favorite place to be and just lounging on the chair on my balcony. Also, the food and service from the restaurant is amazing! Nothing bad to say about the property at all. Muito obrigado, mal posso esperar para voltar!

The outdoor pool didn’t cleaned and there were ducks swimming on the pool. Breakfast buffet was just average. We had dinner at the hotel also and it was not as expected.

The view directly to the ocean is amazing. The bed is very comfortable.

Sauna and indoor pool are not great, need renovation asap. Outside pool is not clean, but maybe May is not a month to swim there.

Location, view and territory of the hotel is great. Bed quality is amazing! Breakfast was tasty and with enough variety. Parking is big and there was always a space.

The silver on tubs and bathroom faucets are dated and tarnishing or rusting. The Turkish bath did not work and it was something I looked forward to.

The Gym and Swimming pool are a public (they are a public gym). The sauna and Turkish bath were turned off during the low season, so you better confirm when you are traveling if you are expecting to use the services. The Value for Money compared with other hotels in the city is not competitive if the view is not your critical point of choice.

Hotel with great ocean views, very quiet, where there is no car noises. Great to relax, but at the same time very close to the city and to Silveira, where it's possible to swim on the sea. There are also swimming pools available (cold outside and a warm inside with jacuzzi).

Outdoor pool has gorgeous view but is not heated. Curiously, this appears to be very common in the Azores -- outdoor pools that are not heated. Outside of peak summer you may not find yourself braving the icy waters, as the Azores' air temperature is never that hot. I can't imagine that the pool ever gets truly comfortable.

suggestion for the indoor pool - keep the lights on! i tried to used it around 8pm and all the lights were out - heavy chlorox smell and not very well marked how to get there.
