One of the two elevators was not working so at times there was a lot of waiting to go upstairs. Not a big issue if you are NOT on the 4th or 5th floor. I got my workout going up and down two floors during my stay. **** Our room was clean when we arrived but: ******* We stayed 4 nights and requested cleaning our room only once. ** The did a terrible job ** I truly believe they only made the bed and gave us new towels but cleaned NOTHING! The counter tops had the two prior days glass marks, small coffee spills and crumbs from normal use. They did not replace the only two glasses in the room that were still sitting dirty on the counter top in front of the TV. The bathroom was not touched! Lets just say whom ever used the toiled before leaving the room did no flush..... it was all there after the room was "cleaned". This was disappointing and reflected terribly on an otherwise nice facility. We would have given it a 10 if it was not for the above :(

The hotel overall is nice. We loved the patio/pool/bar and it was also just steps to the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pool/bar food was also very good. Perfect for eating when you did not wat to step away from the pool :) Breakfast was good and portions were big. Like the security and guard gated access to the facility. Not that we ever felt unsafe. We walked out many times.. There were supermarkets and other establishment in the area if you needed anything and I believe the walk to downtown RIncon was just 1/2 mile (if you did not want to struggle for parking). I would recommend.

The air conditioner would freeze you not matter how you tried to adjust the temperature.

The outside sounds near the rooms. Some of them made by the neighbors of the floor. Would be good if the hotel add a game room and live music.

The area of the pool had trash. I didnt see any employee cleaning that area in the 5 days I stayed.also, they are remodiling parts of the hotel so some noise and workers around

The view of the ocean is beautiful. The food and drinks at the pool bar are nice. Tbe room was clean.

The pillows were terribly flat. The rooms are nice except on the 3rd floor in the front of the building it tends to be loud in the mornings (like 6am). The front desk people are nice but too accommodating. The biggest problem we had was the AC in room 321 blows directly down on your bed making it hard to sleep.

The local and the hotel is older but apparently looks to recently renovated or is very well kept. There are still some older aspects to the hotel. The bed was comfortable overall for what we paid this was a great place and would go back. The pool bar is nice and Bennie is a great bar tender.

WiFi does not work at all. We couldn't use it any day. Also, the TV program looks like the 80's. Need an upgrade.

Amazing location close to the beach. You can enjoy the sunset from the hotel. Easy access from the room to the pool.

There is nothing not to like about this. Best hotel in Rincon, in my opinion.

This hotel looks exactly as advertised. Rooms and bathrooms are being updated and very modern and nice. Come with coffeemaker and mini fridge. The swim up pool bar is amazing, long term staff (some have worked there for more than 20 years, and multiple generations!) clearly indicate good team and working conditions. Food is decent. Cocktails are fantastic. Pool is cleaned daily. The beach is clean, sandy and wonderful. A sea turtle lays her eggs on the beach every year! Some waves for boogie boarding but can also be calm for snorkeling. Parking is convenient. Very friendly and attentive staff. This was our second visit and we will be back! Beautiful sunsets!!

Prime location to wonderful nearby shoppings, restaurants and activities! The court yard garden was beautifully manicured, the staff was very pleasant and helpful and the beach in front of the property was absolutely perfect! We were there during an island wide blackout and it was comforting knowing that our electricity was secured throughout our stay and the fish tacos were so good, I could have eaten them every single night!!!!!

The only problem I found with the hotel was the lack of hot water in the villa which was a bit disappointing.
