Everything about the room was perfect, but there was one fatal defect. The room I stayed in, No. 22, was next to the road. Every time the tram downstairs passed by, the room and the bed would vibrate, and the noise was very loud. It is more recommended for people with light sleep. Rooms 24 and 25 are not next to the road. This is a big problem, but it has nothing to do with the quality of the room itself.

Lack of dedicated car park or any other space giving you a peace of mind if you have come over by car.

The apartment worked for me and I'm sure it does for everybody. It's not too big but quite comfortable and most of all - it provides evrything that you need during your stay. Kitchen eauipment is fantastic giving you wide range of appliances. Very nice and lovely bathroom. The outstanding cleanlines in all area... nice linen and very comfy mattress. Booked 3 rooms for a large family. Conveniently, all 3 rooms were on the same floor and two of them even had common corridor. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and bright. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Very good location, close to the main street Piotrkowska and very close to the big shopping and entertainment centre Manufaktura. Every day we could admire the music academy, which is right in front of the apartment. Thanks for the opportunity to check out an hour later. I will recommend this apartment to my friends 😁

The location of the apartment was great, very close to Piotrkowska Street and Manufactura, as well tram and bus stops that took us to other parts of Łódź. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. It has washing machine (washing powder was also provided), iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and everything we needed in the kitchen for small meal preparation. The host was very pleasant and reachable by phone or email.

A couple of shady characters drinking beer in the entryway to the building, as well as in the corridor. Door to gate and building were tough to open unless you pulled it extra hard.

Smooth check-in, check out. Brand-new, pristine accommodations. Great amenities and perks like free chocolate bars and coffee :) Lovely neighborhood, with live classical music playing all along the block in the day time.

The windows of the apartment overlook a public transport stop, it is a bit noisy early in the morning when the tram starts running, and since there is no air conditioning in the apartment it is impossible to keep the windows closed. But this is a trifle that can be tolerated.

The apartment is in a very nice area, close to the city center and most of the good restaurants. The apartment is very compact, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment and a grocery store in the building. Self-care check-in and checkout. I am very pleased that I chose this apartment.

This property has exceeded my expectation! Fantastic and quick contact with the owner, very, VERY clean apartment. Bedsheets were clean, everything was just great! Fast and easy internet access; quiet area, I do recommend this property; great location - all you need in just one place! I will definitely come back there again! :-)

There was still building work going on but this caused only a little irritation .

It was comfortable very clean on start of visit problem setting up wifi but host sorted very quickly. All in all very good for the 5 weeks I stayed.
