The 'double' beds aren't really double beds , just 2 single beds, which can result in oneself sliding into the gap between when sleeping. Not sure if there's rooms with proper double beds available. Mattresses are a bit soft which can leave one a bit unsupported.

Breakfast and facilities are very clean and well kept, staff are extremely helpful and supportive. Would recommend if you wish to stay for a brief or week long stay

Newly furnished, larger rooms. Breakfast was extensive and location was good in center, though Almelo isn't a Metropole. Could install e-chargers for electric cars in the parking garage.

The hotel is a bit outdated but otherwise clean and comfortable as it was situated in the city center.

Every time we have stayed there, there is a problem with their booking system. They seem to be under-staffed especially in the bar area and at reception at times.

It is in a great location - 5 minutes walk from the town and the park. Has a great restaurant and one can also eat the same menu in the bar area. They allow dogs which is nice.

Its not a scenic place to stay as even though there is a balcony it looks out onto the next door building but the location is great for walking into the town. We couldn't turn off the air con in either room. We would reset it before going to bed and it managed to turn on to its default of 22 degrees during the night. There is always a confusion with their booking system. I have to get out my booking.com app to convince them a room is booked in my name

Staffs are friendly, location is excellent near to shopping center and easy to find restaurant. The food in hotel's restaurant is very good me have many choice.

The check-in always seems to be a little problematic at this hotel. And a small thing - but we would expect tissues in the bathroom

The room was large with a small balcony. Bathroom was fine. Location is great - it is next to the pedestrian zone of the town and 5 mins from the park which has deer, and ducks and herons on the water as well as the lovely huis Almelo built in 17th century. One can eat either in their restaurant or the same menu is served in the brasserie which is less formal.

The swimming pool and sauna were hard to find.

Greatly renovated, clean, and spacious rooms. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. The bar was nice, too, and the Christmas decorations were lovely to see. Centrally located and close to many shops.

Our room s balcony looked out on a building that had refugees or something in it. That was quite noisy and a little bit of a nuisance. The hotel told us they would be gone next year though And the door of the bathroom was see-through and very near the bed. So if you turned the bathroom light on, the whole room lit up.

Loved the service, the staff. The friendly atmosphere. The room was big and had a fridge chairs. Good size bathroom Breakfast was great. Rooftop bbq was amazing. Very near the city centre
