carpark is quite expensive, and I had difficulties to access the underground parking. No water or coffee provided in the room.

It's a little off the beaten path. The bus is easy to catch from the station but you have to walk a little to get from bus stop to hotel.

The location is not quite accessible. City center is at 30 minuntes with bus or tram and you need to walk about 10 minutes to one of the stations.

The hotel is new and modern, quiet, clean, in a nice area.

for me, the mattress was a bit too soft, but of course that is a personal preference.

This hotel offers value for money that you won't find downtown. You do have to make an effort, expect about half an hour to get downtown. It is a fairly new hotel in a recently developed neighbourhood in the eastern port area. The rooms are standard as you would expect from a hotel of such class. Breakfast is not cheap but adequate. Keep in mind that during the week there is not much else in the immediate neighbourhood in terms of restaurants, but Javaplein is only a short walk away.

Inside rooms should have complimentary 2 bottles of water and some important sanitary kit which was not in my hotel room and that was really disappointed.

Front desk management team are really well mannered specially Mr.Johurul he was too supportive during check in, he have helped me a lot regarding Amsterdam city visit through public transport.

I was not able to book the parking space online, which would apparently have allowed in and out privileges, which would have been more convenient.

Nice new hotel in a part of Amsterdam with few hotels. Enjoyed walking along the harbor and just 15 minutes walk to Javaplein. Parking in public lot under the hotel.

The room was very dark by the bed area. Could do with more lights there. If you dropped something there at night you will have to look for it the next day. My bathroom had an awful sewer smell from the time I got there. I reported it but nothing wasn’t done. It was so hard for me to brush my teeth. Only a supermarket about 8 minutes walk in the area. Other than that nothing to do in the area. The closest bus stop is about 8-10mins walk ( Veelaan) . It’s about 5/6 stops to the city. We got there about 2pm and had to wait for our room until 3pm. It was expensive but would look for a place closer next time.

The breakfast wasn’t bad. However it was the same every morning. No pancakes, no waffles. Good selection of bread. I love the view from the breakfast place. The room was very spacious for the 3 of us. The bathroom was very big. The area felt safe to walk no doubt.

The property needs to install hand railings at the stairs . I have a slight mobility issue. And had to walk around the property up the slope .

The on-site bike rental could have been cheaper seeing this is a city of bikes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and in particular the front office agent, Rose. The breakfast was also well set out and delicious.

The bathroom smelt strongly of drains and the hot water in the shower would fluctuate between the temp you put it at and scolding hot. Not entirely convinced the room was hoovered as I found an earring back and some plastic wrapping/ rubbish on the floor of the room.

Good location with easy transport links into the city. Nicely decorated inside and really friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is decent with a lovely view of the dock!

Lovely location in the docklands area, only 20 mins from centre by tram. Beautiful view over the marina. Well proportioned room, clean bathroom. Comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Friendly staff and nice bar.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The views are vey relaxing and the neighborhood quiet and away from the busy city center. Tram and bus stops are around 10-12 minutes away.

We were sold an "upgraded" room with "view on all sides", which in the end turned out to be not fully painted, view inside another room in the opposite building, and no pretty view from the bed. Other minor details: we didn't like the shampoo on offer, the hair-dryer was not very powerful, the shower pressure could be better.

The breakfast! 😊 Also late check-out for free, kind and helpful staff, convenient location for us, large bed, comfortable hotel. Generally had a really nice experience, would recommend!
