Night shift staff (an Arabic man, i think he was Egyptian) could be more approachable and nicer. We booked a room for 2, and my friend had an issue with him. Long story to write, but her and I probably wouldn't come back after the way she was treated. Disappointed by the front desk staff.

bathroom situation was abit strange and the door wouldn’t close properly to it. wouldn’t have had been a problem in a couples situation but with a friend it’s nice to get abit of privacy. also a fire alarm went off twice during the last night around 7/8am. but I know that’s probably out of the hotels hands as someone had probably set it off.

The lights in the room take a minute to get used to. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like them, just wasn’t familiar.

The best part of our stay was the friendly staff! Mustafo was so great! He and everyone else took great care of us when my luggage was lost. Beds are super comfy. Great location. Good shower.

Staff were arrogant and not very nice. No welcome just a plain you can’t have room until 3pm. No customer service skills. Basically calling me a liar when I said when I booked that a continental breakfast was included

The 100 euro you have to put down as a deposit when you first get there. Some people really need that money to spend whilst there. Or on a bank card

Our room didn’t have windows at all, and instead of wall, we had glass wall that has look at the hall - not brightness at all, we were like in a cave. Everything else were excellent

clean, modern, pleasant. Beds/ towels attended to every day. Nice area and not as many and busy as the very centre of Amsterdam, good bars and cafes in the area all around this venue. 10 minutes on the tram from Main railway station.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area. The street itself has lots of lovely stores, cafes and bistros and is just a short stroll (approx 10 mins) through picturesque winding streets and across pretty bridges to the city centre. The hotel is very restful, ideal after a busy day exploring everything Amsterdam has to offer. The room was spotless and quiet and has everything you need. The staff, especially Mustafa at Reception were excellent and made us feel very welcome and were all so helpful. The location was ideal for us as we could walk everywhere and the restaurants in the neighbourhood were excellent and much more affordable than city centre. The shops nearby are eclectic and offered great gift ideas.

I didnt like that the cups in the room for your tea were cardboard and not a proper cup. There was no English tea in the room just flavoured tea. The breakfast was very poor with packaged crossaints and cupcakes on offer. I would have expected paying £350 for a 2 night stay I would have at least had fresh baked crosaaints and a real cup.to drink out of in the breakfast area but again was a paper cup. Also alot of the time the breakfast wasn't stocked up we went down at around 9ish to find only a few items left. I was just so disappointed having payed so.much money for something that was very basic.

I likes the location of the hotel it was a 20 min walk away from.anything we needed which was great so no buses or taxi's needed.the bed was comfy and I liked that my request for balloons and banners for my husbands birthday to be put up.in the room was done, which I was very greatful for. The staff were friendly.
