Bad smell out of room on arrival, very basic for price but i understand that is due to location. Ideal if you plan to spend no time in room apart for sleeping. Staff were friendly, just no comfort or cleanliness in room, would spend extra and stay in nicer hotel personally

I did not find the hotel as nice as the ratings suggested. Upon arrival, the person at checkin was not very pleasant. He assumed that my daughter, who accompanied me to the hotel on our way back to Amsterdam after traveling together for a week, would be staying with me. He did not ask me if I was staying there solo as per the reservation, but assumed I planned to have her stay, too- and was unpleasant until I explained she was going to her own flat in Amsterdam. The room itself is in an annex which requires going outside, behind the hotel and walking across a metal bridge-inconvenient in the rain and cold. The metal walkway is narrow and there were people who used the space to smoke outside; walking past was difficult. Additionally, the flooring in my room had worn spots that I had to be careful of because I tripped on one of them. And there was a light fixture missing over the sink vanity area, covered with silver duct tape. I also question the cleanliness level of the hotel because upon leaving one morning, I saw clean folded towels stacked directly on the dirty floor outside the elevator, photo attached. It made my skin crawl.

Was not good value for money, very expensive for no facilities. Shower temperature went hot & cold sporadically. Needs at least a mini fridge, no facilities Flooring was broken, elevator broke whilst inside it, needs an upgrade.

We were staying in the basement - window couldn’t open, air con made a weird noise every 2 minutes and kept us up all night, didn’t like glass bathroom Room very small for what we paid

Sidewalk of the hotel full of trash. Rooms, for the cost, extremely small. Bad design on where to put your stuff. Since its our in the open, rooms looks messy and undone. It looks like a hotel for prostitutes to use. Colour lighting with functions and a control path to play with it. What is that??? Not for a family for sure.

Staff were appealing. Did not communicate so despite us paying for late checkout out we were shouted at and threatened by the Housekeeper for not leaving

The room was very small and underground with a tiny window and basically no ventilation. There was also no where to put our luggage or bags which meant we kind of had everything all over the floor. The bathroom / shower situation was also very interesting. We found water to leak into the bedroom and because of the no ventilation none of our towels dried.
