    none.

everything is superbm it just their water pressure in rooms sometimes slow. I would recommend them to have their own resort tank, and have waterpump for each room to ensure good water pressure

There were mosquitoes but staff dealt with that. The adjoining room was noisy on occasion.

The restaurants Merah2 and Biru2 were very good and staff always friendly and helpful. The visiting musicians were a plus. The pool was just right for Aqua Aerobics I was able to take a car tour from Bonnie Loo and the hills of Durians were amazing!

Great resort stay in Lost Paradise Resort Penang
    • Leisure trip
    • Group
    • Family Suite
    • Stayed 2 nights

    1) We booked the 3-bedrooms apartment for our group of 5 adults, but had to move to 2 separate suites due to power/electricity issues. Although the suites were spacious but were a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy - as 3 of us (me, my husband and my grown up niece) had to share 1 bedroom. Even though the total costs for the 2 suites are more expensive than the 1 apartment unit. 2) The road into the resort area is steep and narrow. 3) We were disappointed as only able to use 1 pool as the resort was under renovation, so the other 2 pools were not available.

    1) spacious bedrooms and bathroom/toilets 2) seating area outside our rooms for gathering/chatting 3) swimming pool 4) plenty of viewing areas and floral/plants around the hotel resport

The live music under our window in the weekend was too loud, but for the rest: no complaints!

The pools, the atmosphere of the whole property and Bali-esque design are fantastic. Very detailed and evidently thought out with care. Really special. The room was fantastic, the views. The staff were also perfect.

The parking space at Lost Paradise is really tight and can be quite difficult to maneuver, especially for women or anyone not used to handling tight spots. It would be great if they could consider expanding or organizing the area better.”

Beautiful and serene place...reasonable price....would love to come again.. Recommended for couple to honeymoon.

Idyllic but construction work causes noise and dirt/dust.

The accommodation was quite specific about its rules and it was quite disappointing that they do not obey them themselves. Next to the rooms we were in construction was going on which created quite a lot of disturbance both in dust and dirt but most notably a lot of sound starting in the early morning. When we reported this all they could say is that it would be ready in June but that really doesn’t help us…

A very idyllic location and quaint but interesting and beautiful design. We booked two double rooms and were upgraded (although as i don’t know where the rooms were that we booked not sure if it really as an upgrade).

The room was not soundproof, I could hear giggling guests till midnight, may be even later. The barmen was not very friendly, but I didn't bother much. The sheets didn't smell nice and overall state of the room could be better.

Loved the free upgrade with the sea view. The hotel is built in Balinesian style, which was very attractive. There is no complimentary breakfast, but the prices in the restaurant are decent and so the food. Beautiful view from the room. Has access to one swimming pool.
