The light in the bathroom was a little bit weak. Near a road with circulation. Deposit of 50MYR!!! But it is convenient in Malaysia.

Very-very kind and helpful staff. Probleme in the bathroom, so reparation in some minutes. Your are able to purchase postcards and stamps, plus the reception takes care of the postage. Many thanks. I needed a printing, the receptionist did it. Also thanks. Good breakfast for western travellers too. Nice decoration in the lobby.

I was staying on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, my room faced a traffic light intersection. The noise coming from the motorcycles at night was really loud, even at 12 am, which disrupted my sleep. I had to use earplugs, and that somewhat helped reduce the noise level. I would suggest that guests request rooms facing the other wing, which I believe is quieter.

The Kuching laksa that was available during breakfast was really good, my room was clean, and the staff were friendly. I also like the hotel's sustainability efforts. The location is also convenient, close to nearby shops.

Great shower facilities and room was comfortable, particularly for the price. The staff were amazing and friendly and the breakfast spread was great! Fantastic location, a few minutes walk to the river. Parking is limited but had no issues getting one during the stay but understandably wasn’t a super busy period. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I got the family room at the very corner of the building, clearly felt like on the traffic light junction. It was too noisy. Possibly the room not a proper sound proof room.

Tasty breakfast, though the same everyday. Fruit juice could be better, should taste more like real juice not a mixture & should be cold. Should add more variety of food. My family room is spacious with comfortable bed. Nice gesture on refillable water at the lobby. Good size bathroom and clean. Good parking spot at the basement, & the spot with your name assigned by the staff (need to let them know if you need the parking spot). Close to TOPSPOT, the foodcourt area, also close to the main attraction/riverside.

The shower glass door rubber is not tight, water spills out on the floor at the basin, too wet.

I like the family room, very big, air-con is very cold. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking distance to the famous kopitiam Quan Chun 泉春 Sarawak Laksa, very delicious. The opposite row there is a kopitiam (丰兴)，an Italian man's hand made gula apong Italian coffee and hams are very nice. The Lime Tree Souvenir Shop at the lobby, sells many products. I like the handmade bead purse, scarf, native made table cloth, fresh limes, dried lime tea, lime jelly sweet, etc.

The noise level from the traffic below. My room faced the traffic lites of Padungan. However traffc eased towards late night.

The hotel was very close to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery shops. No worries about meals. The hotel lobby was also quiet and very welcoming. There is also a mini souvenir shop.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here in 2013 and again in 2025. Very comfortable and met expectations for value hotel in a great location. The breakfast was a particular highlight.

Little bit dated

I upgraded to the suite due to the standard room not having a fridge. The larger room was great, super spacious with a fantastic view of the city. The bar on the top level is also a great place to chill out in the evening. Free covered parking for a scooter too.

When we first arrived at the room, the ceiling was leaking so badly that it created a puddle. We were immediately switched to the room next door. The manager was also very responsive and responsible.

Our executive suite was quite spacious, but since it was road facing, there was a lot of noise from scooters, cars heard till late night. The rooms are elegant and clean, breakfast was delicious, Staff were very friendly

The room was great - spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the hotel manager - Julie. The only issue with our stay was the noise after midnight from local motorcycle riders racing around the streets outside the hotel. This usually lasted a couple of hours, which was really frustrating, especially as I was struggling with jetlag too. Its hard to criticise the hotel for this as there are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity that probably have the same issues with noise levels.

A lovely, modern and clean hotel. The roof bar was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Next to a road where motorbikes seemed to like racing at night so unfortunately some noise.
