The smell of the restaurant post breakfast, this was very bad. Need to put air fresheners so that it doesn’t smell bad.

The location and accessibility is ideal. Staff was attentive and checks in to ensure stay was comfortable.

The breakfast spread is okay but I wish to have spread of nyonya kuih for breakfast. Or maybe because it was weekdays, so they don't have it.

Location and design of the hotel are really superb. I loved the delightful lemongrass scent that adds to the refreshing and calming atmosphere.

There was a noise during the night, like when someone else open and close their doors that there is a vibration/rattling with our room door.

The breakfast place is quite small, staffs’s attitude are generally ok except few that is like gangster style and sound like gangster style which scared my boys

The location is perfect for tourists who like to explore Jonker Street and centre of Melaka. The design of the hotel is unique and nice with Penarakan style.

As what others are saying, rooms are not soundproof therefore can hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Maybe the hotel can put up a sign to ask guests to lower their voices in the corridor area.

I love everything about this place. The place is brilliantly designed and tastefully decorated by incorporating both traditional and modern elements. Their service is impeccable, all their staff are friendly, every corner or the place is clean and it smells fresh with good air circulation. The linens in the room are clean, with good smell. They also have a gym and it's well equipped for a hotel gym. Breakfast spread is good, not so many options as it's a small place but they have breakfast essentials and the food is fresh. I booked the place on a whim and it's worth every penny.

The windows of our room was to the main street, so it was extremely noisy, lounge music from the bar, and loud engines of motorbikes, cars. There is no silence isolation on the windows - doesnt matter - opened or closed.

Be aware not all rooms have a window so if you like a window make the staff aware The breakfast is plentiful but it is more Asian inspired.

Everything was lovely the location was perfect and staff were exceptionally helpful. The film night was super fun you can sit outside and watch while enjoying a drink. Also the pools on the roof were a delight to chill in .

We loved the culture and design of this building. The cleanness level of this hotel is beyond our expectation. We know how difficult it is to keep an old building in good condition under such hot and moisture weather. We loved the culture and design of this building. Plus the a la carte breakfast is really yummy!
