Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The decor of the building is really nice, have plenty of spots for photo shooting. Easier to reach the hotel but you need to route to the back of the premise for parking, so for those who is driving its best to call the front desk and ask for detail before arriving for check-in, bringing lots of luggage might be troublesome.

GermanyBaba House is even nicer than we expected. The room was small and the window was hardly a window, but we still really liked staying here. The various courtyards were very peaceful among the bustle of Melaka. The bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal, not only for the historical district of Melaka, but we could even catch our bus to Singapore right around the corner. Filtered water was available for free to refill our drinking bottles. The roof garden was nice to relax and the view of all the neighboring rooftops was very interesting.

Singapore(1) The bathroom door squeaks terribly. (2) For the price, the bed linens were visibly well worn and can find a few small black dots of stains caked into the sheets. (3) For our first night, there were little bugs on the bed which woke us with their itchy bites. We killed three on sight! Hotel Staff changed rooms for us immediately. Maybe its just that one bed, second room no such issue.
Charming ambience and decor. The Western Restaurant was surprisingly very good. Excellent location.
