Amazing location and great service Tino Hotel and Spa was the perfect spot unbeatable lake views and a short walk to everything. Walking traffic to your right and parks to your left. Samona and Tina at the front desk were incredibly helpful arranging transportation and answering all our questions. The food was surprisingly top-notch some of the best we’ve had on this trip. At night it would be noisy, as there are 2 bars downstairs. Otherwise, we didn’t use the “spa” facilities. I’d say both their restaurants are superb.

Very central location close to the bazar and shops and lake. You are steps from the lake. The room was nice and spacious as was the balcony. Cleaning staff were superb and even took our clothes freshly laundry to our room.

The building is old, the bathroom is old and so small, the bed sheets are so old and don’t not have comfortable touch. The waiters for breakfast are so lazy and rude, when we ask for anything that is provided in buffet, they say it’s finished!! The breakfast is also average. Only slice bread is provided and for one day the toaster was not fully functioning

Our stay at the accommodation was a pleasant experience. In general it fully met our expectations. I would like to give special praise to the hotel staff,who were cooperative,friendly and polite throughout our stay. I would like to single Mrs Victorija Boskoska from the reception who dealt with a problem that arose in our room on the first night of our stay with great dedication. She didn’t stop until she found a solution to the problem and fixed it. Serious professionalism and high level of courtesy. Well done!

For sure it is not a 4* hotel. The room must be repaired (the main door of the room did not close properly, the door from the bathroom didn’t close, the sink was broken). The cover of the pillow and the towels had dirty spots. No wardrobe in the room. When we arrived only one towel was in the room. In the room was a bad smell.

We waited 3 hours to get towels. There was a broken light in the jacuzzi with a cable hanging in the water and no one bothered to fix it.
