Old, lots of damages, not maintained well, can be very noisy from weddings, too expensive, not many options for snacks during the day, some arras are even not opened (bar at reception hall). this hotel needs some sincere investment

A pillow case was dirty. It kind of a ruined the whole impression. The fridge was left open and over heated, with ice melting from it. Maintenance and hygiene should be more focussed on.

Location was wonderful, sunrise, lake view from the terrace. Hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

No bar at the main lobby. You could not even have a coffee or a bottle of water. The beach bar is closed by 18:00 (17:45 actually) where actually the people were staying there a lot longer and it was needed to be at least 19:00.

A lot of spaces for kids to go around near the lake, good views, good location, good rooms. Staff was friendly

The insufficient cleanliness of the rooms. A five-star hotel should make sure the rooms are immaculate.

The location and the premises are great. The private beach, aquapark, two pools and spa are really fantastic. As it was raining on one afternoon, we could spend a few hours in the spa area. Also, for 15 Euros, guests who have booked bed&breakfast can enjoy a great buffet dinner. The food was excellent. One more thing we liked was how kind all the staff members were. A special greeting to Ajla at the reception desk!

Cant swim on the pool because water was to cold also the ambience is cold , i come to this hotel mostly for the SPA but im dissapointed and will not come again.

Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. The menu choices were limited and the food was hit-and-miss. There was absolutely no pork on the menu or at breakfast and the offered beef/chicken alternatives were subpar.

Peaceful location, away from the ordinary every-day city noise. The staff were very kind and forthcoming.

The maintenance in the room and the aqua park has to be much better. Looks like what’s broken is not being replaced or fixed.

Front desk staff member with name Duško was not willing to to help us and give us a second card room key according to him there were none available. After moving to ask the other person for a second key she gave me the second key. I would like to mention that if you have only one key and you happen to have to leave the room the nothing works in the room (AC, heater, power) due to all mentioned necessity above work only if you have a card key plugged in. He was being rude and irritated when I was trying to ask for the second key and the necessity to have the second key.

Waterpark felt slightly unsafe. Not all slides open and no active lifeguards. Sometimes late to open. If there is rain it closes up the day, even though it may clear and the weather is good again Housecleaning staff very rude. Maid kept coming in and not knocking. On the day we left she kept waking in from 1 hour before the official check out time. She caught us undressed a couple of times Drop off and pick rules extremely strange. They wouldn’t allow our transfer to drive up to the front door. When he did because we had lots of bags, the security guard became very aggressive. It was very strange as it only took us less than 5 minutes to get all our stuff packed in the car, the security gate was 100m from the entrance and the hotel also had no luggage trolley. We saw people struggling with bags

The rom was old style not clean for 5 stars hotel. Water Park funny but need more renovation and clean

Yuo should try to eat traditional macedonian cuisine in the restaurant menu al cart! So good! Wines too expensive for the quality! I live in italy I drank champagne, brut, Prosseco, best red wines but the standard is not reached here.

room cleanliness.... some furniture was shabby, attention to detail needed - we had a broken down fridge for the duration of our 4 day stay. nobody noticed.

Do not book here !!!! They gave to 5 other guests our room key. In our room the whole afternoon were guest coming in and out. After i called on reception and told about that and told that i wanna do the check out becouse of all of that, they told me, no , you can speak tommorow with out marketing manager from 8 and close the phone !!!!!!

The temperature in the indoor pool could be 2-3 degrees up (up to 27-28 celsius) In the shower (in the room) there is no place to put your soap ,shampoo and shower gel

Breakfast excellent,surrounding marvelous,stuff very polite,lobby space nice,children's place interesting.
