We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

South AfricaI requested a change in dates checking in the 18th July and out the 20th of July. Payment made for the 20th was not reassigned to the 19th. Instead, I had to pay for my stay on the 19th, though I was checking out on the 20th. I did not cancell I just changed dates. I humbly request a refund for the night of the 20th of July.

New ZealandThe fact that there was no room compendium, only QR codes which were a pain. The balcony door didn’t have an external handle making it difficult to return inside. No face cloth with the bathroom linen (it’s good to have a black face cloth for women removing their makeup). The drawer holding the coffee machine and crockery wouldn’t stay open which was frustrating. Suggestion: A set of weighing scales held with the concierge would be helpful.

I loved the hotel even though: I wanted to change my booking from 20 July to 19th July. The booking was changed, but the hotel was not notified by Booking.com that the payment for the 20th should be rassigned to the booking of the 19th July. I really would appreciate a refund.

PolandThere is some problem between the staff, lack of coordination maybe, I paid for the dog on our arrival and was promised a dog kit which they didn’t provide, the next day another receptionist was surprised that we have a dog, and while checking out they wanted me to pay for the stay although I did it upon arrival. It’s not a big deal but still a bit annoying that you need to explain yourself twice in a hotel of this kind.

Czech RepublicWhat we are not used to is handing the car keys to the valet and entrusting him with our car. We usually leave some of our things in the car and not taking everything to the room and that was not an option because we couldn't get to the parking lot where the car was unless the valet would bring it to us again in front of the hotel. In the conditions there is written that the hotel is not responsible for damages caused by parking and besides you are not the one who parks the car and actually the whole stay you do not know where your car is. But of course it is Monaco, where the crime rate is about zero.
The accommodation is nice with friendly staff. We were here with our dog. The hotel is very dog-friendly. The dog was allowed to have breakfast with us. He had a blanket (which you can buy at the end of the stay for about 25 euros) ready in his room, plus he had treats, a water bowl and poop bags. Perfect hotel to stay with your dog.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The relaxed atmosphere and great food made every meal a highlight. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality!
