Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. SingaporeOne of the best things about mystays hotels is they use Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses. So you can get some really good nights rest. Second, they use DHC toiletries. Thirdly, the location of Gotanda Station is perfect - less than 100m walking from exit of JR Gotanda to the hotel.

Great location, small but clean room, good breakfast with variety and helpful staff. A solid choice for sightseeing-type vacation or business. Noise is audible but nothing too bad.

ThailandThe noise in the morning caused by housekeepers talking while cleaning the room can be disruptive. The room size is ideal for business trips, but it may not be suitable for travelers with large luggage. Therefore, I would recommend booking a larger room to ensure you have sufficient space to open your luggage.
The location is perfect and easy to reach many place in Tokyo. Helpful staffs at the hotel reception.

Hotel was literally a 2 min walk from the Gotanda station (Yamanote line), it was so easy & convenient going around Tokyo! There was also a family mart in the hotel. Rooms were also very spacious and beds were comfortable. They also cleaned our rooms daily.

GermanyI booked the double bed room for the first day and next day my company booked other room. I asked to combine because i dont want to checkin che kout for two times. The staff was bluffing as if i book for the both days single room. I did not trust him for the whole conversation. My first impression on Japanese TRUST is gone on with him. He was too rude.

A very clean room. The hotel is situated ideally near the Gotanda station with train lines in all directions. The surroundings is full of very nice restaurants and shops. My room was quiet although some reviews say it may not be so.
