Great location. Close to Skytree, the Tokyo Solomachi shopping centre and Oshiage Station. Loved that the place had a lift (no need to carry bags up stairs) and the room was spacious for Japanese standards. Loved the double sized bunk beds too.

The only thing was that there was no iron. However, the laundry/dryer has laundry only and dryer only settings so you can work around that. (you will need to read Japanese or use a translation app for the settings)

The apartment is roomy by Japanese standards and the four bunk beds were plenty large for those of us over 6’ tall. The laundry/dryer was very useful. The property is very close to Skytree Oshiage Station, making it ideal for getting to and from Narita, as well as many spots around Tokyo and beyond. There are also many good and inexpensive independently run restaurants nearby. Cafe 883 in particular was excellent and we went there twice.

Being our first stop in Japan it was a shock to find that the ‘bedrooms’ weren’t actually bedrooms but bunks with curtains. It was also a little squishy for 6 people with 6 large bags.

No plates or cutlery for kitchen made eating more challenging than planned

Plenty of room for 4 of us, great that shower and toilet were separate. Loved having washer / dryer midway through our trip. Own space with charging point on each bunk. Location very convenient

Great and convenient location with shopping mall and Skytree in walkable distance. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Check-in was really smooth and staff are responsive. We enjoyed the spacious room with four adults and one infant. Packing luggage and spending time together in the evening was no problem at all.

It could use more bowls and plates.

Great location, beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful in getting our iPad back to us after we lost it down the side of the bunk beds.

The area was big. The washer/dryer was great. The roof top deck was great but we didn’t use it much because of the weather.

Air conditioning and heater were struggling to warm the area and hot water takes almost 10 minutes to warm up.

The only thing we didnt like was the pillow, it was a little flat for us. Maybe you can change the pillow to a slightly fluffier one.

It was very convenient for us since our room was on the bottom floor. The room was spacious for 5 adults ans 1 child.

Was a bit dusty. Had stains on mattresses, and clean towels were placed on the luggage area. Some of us got bitten by some bugs….

Location was good. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. It was spacious.

If there is a cloth iron and mop, it would be perfect.

Great location, good facilities, very responsive staff. The beds are all double size beds, so comfortable to sleep. Curtains in each bed gave us the privacy. Wash/dry machine is a game changer. Don’t need to bring many clothes. Run the machine before we go out, it is all ready to wear when we come back.
