United KingdomThe only thing I can think about is the lack of fruits for breakfast.
Location of the accommodation is great, close to the best restaurants and shops. Lots of parking spots nearby or even in front of the hotel. The lady from the reception even upgraded our room for free and gave us information regarding how to spend our time in Aqaba. The hotel has also a free shuttle bus that will take you to a private beach club.

JordanThe room had a very strong smell of paint (room 512). It never really got quiet at night, not sure if the noise came from the elevator or from something else. The bathroom looked as if it was installed by a 5-year old, there was putty on pretty much everything, many wall tiles were broken, the little "bidet shower" leaked so the bathroom was flooded when we came back to the room after dinner. The room itself was nice but the bathroom was quite bad for a 4* hotel. We were surprised that the sliding windows opened completely on the 5th floor, no fly screen, no safety, not suitable for a family with kids I would say....
The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient, checking in was fast. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby and there is plenty of parking around the hotel.
