It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal it's literally in the heart of the city—just a short walk from major attractions, shopping districts, and public transport. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax after a long day. The roof terrace made my stay there, it was beautiful, well furnished, free hot drinks, nice music and vibes. The view is something else as well!

It would have been nice for the man at reception to help me with my suitcase going up the stairs, especially as it was audible that I was struggling with it. The breakfast was not the best in my opinion, but there are many other places within walking distance.

Great hotel, the room was very spacious and the balcony overlooked the main road which I enjoyed for people watching. Staff were friendly and arranged my transportation to and from airport which was very helpful as I landed in the middle of the night

The hotel is along a very busy road so it gets pretty noisy, especially since we were there during public holidays. The hotel provides ear plugs but it can still be noisy.

Really good location in the city centre close to all the main tourist sites and good restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions for where to go and booking transfer and tours.

Highly highly recommend this hotel which is located in the heart of downtown Amman. The street is always so lively which allows you to experience the true spirit of downtown Amman. Much preferred this than the more “modern” areas. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best we have had in comparison to the paid breakfast from our other hotels. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. May Allah grant more barakah in their business Ameen.

Although for us it wasn’t a problem but the doors to the rooms are quite thin so you can hear other people when they get home.

Amazing location, very kind and helpful staff and I loved the view from the rooftop terrace. I can recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart.

The Boutique Amman hotel is in an excellent location, central to downtown Amman and nearby cultural sights. The staff is friendly and capable; excellent morning breakfast on the roof-top; clean and attractive rooms. Staff assisted in providing airport transfer at the end of my stay.

The room is nice and tidy! Location is great, located in the old town, heart of the Amman city. The staffs are so nice and helpful!!! Very polite!! The terrace also got a great view and breakfast for every morning!! It’s a great value stay!
